Everybody Else On The Planet
There are a few people stirring on Bourbon Street
I would say that it looks like I could make 5 or 6 bucks just by being out there and playing for an hour and a half or so.
I'm not sure what these people are up to, though. I don't know what is open down there.
But, I'm pretty sure the guy on the bike is a skeezer.
Skeezing is a numbers game (and a "game" of shedding one's dignity, and becoming less human and more like the billy goats at the petting zoo) and so, with the people so scattered, it is easier for the skeezer to beg his quota of, say, 150 people a night from the seat of a bike, than it would be walking around.
The successful skeezer is smart, in that regard, and knows that by setting goals, in order to push himself, he is more likely to fulfill his professional aspirations, and live entirely for free; at the expense of everybody else on the planet.

Comments, to me are like deflated helium balloons with notes tied to them, found on my back porch in the morning...
